Built for One Express passenger assistants

This is the company training portal for staff who look after passengers on school and specialist transport. It is not a public course catalogue.

On the vehicle

You look after the passengers so the driver can drive. The vehicle does not move until every belt or harness is checked.

At the door and the school gate

Hand children over only to an authorised person. If nobody is there, the passenger stays with you and you call the office.

With families and schools

Be polite, keep passenger information private, and send route or complaint questions to the One Express office.

The training modules

Nine short courses. Each has slides, real-life scenarios, and a multiple-choice assessment. Your trainer can see your record.

How it works

The same path other staff training portals use: assigned learning, slides, a test, then a record your trainer can check.

  1. 1

    Get your login

Your trainer creates your account. You do not sign up yourself.

  2. 2

    Work through the slides

Open a module, read the rules, and look at the scenarios. Use Next at your own pace.

  3. 3

    Take the assessment

Multiple-choice questions. You need 80% to pass. You can retake if you do not pass first time.

  4. 4

    Stay on the record

A One Express certificate is stored here. Trainers can see who has passed each module.

What this site is — and is not

This is internal One Express knowledge training for Passenger Assistants. It covers the same ground as schemes such as PATS, emergency first aid knowledge, and SEN transport units, so staff know the company rules.

Passing a module here does not award PATS, NVQ, EFAW, or any other external qualification. Practical skills still need a separate, hands-on sign-off where the job requires it. Certificates from this site are One Express records, not outside awards.
